The Mulchand Foundation

The Mulchand Foundation enables Laltex Group to support larger charitable projects with the potential to make a lasting impact.

Rather than focusing on one-off donations, the Foundation invests in long-term partnerships where ongoing support can improve education, create opportunities and strengthen communities.

Our Charity Partners

Supporting children and adults with complex learning disabilities through specialist education, care and employment opportunities, Seashell Trust helps individuals achieve greater independence and fulfil their potential. Laltex Group is proud to have supported the charity for more than two decades.

Helping Uganda Schools (HUGS) is a UK charity dedicated to improving access to education in Uganda and other African countries. By supporting the development of schools and helping where poverty or illness threatens education, HUGS helps children and young people build brighter futures through learning.

Providing young people with a safe, inspiring place to develop confidence, learn new skills and reach their potential, Wigan Youth Zone offers opportunities that help young people thrive both now and in the future.

Supporting people experiencing homelessness, or those at risk of homelessness, HSP Leigh provides practical assistance, guidance and compassionate support to help individuals rebuild their lives and work towards a brighter future.

Part of the Trussell network, Atherton & Leigh Foodbank provides emergency food and practical support to people facing financial hardship across our local community, ensuring individuals and families have access to essential help when they need it most.

Our Charity Commitee

Our Charity Committee is made up of volunteers from across the business, including colleagues from our office, warehouse and production teams. Meeting regularly throughout the year, the committee considers nominations from employees and awards donations, typically between £250 and £1,000, to local charities, community organisations and grassroots initiatives. By giving employees a voice in where donations are made, we're able to support causes that genuinely matter to the communities where we live and work.
